Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner
Chefs Tony Mantuano and Sarah Grueneberg welcome Chef Joseph Lenn of Blackberry Farm into the Spiaggia Kitchen for an evening of Truffles benefiting The James Beard Foundation. The six course paired menu is a celebration of black truffles from Toscana and Tennessee. Barolo vintners Carlo Revello of Fratelli Revello and Brunello producer Laura Brunelli of La Chiuse di Sotto di Brunelli will be in attendance to discuss their wines.
The Spiaggia 'Friend of James Beard Benefit Dinner' begins at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th, 2013 at Spiaggia Private Events located on 980 North Michigan Avenue, third floor.
