ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Our Event Planners are happy to assist in all aspects of planning your event. Recommendations for flowers, music, audio-visual equipment and linens are all available upon request.
AUDIO VISUAL
Please ask your event manager regarding pricing on Audio Visual needs.
BARTENDER/CHEF
A fee of 85.00 is applied for a bartender if the total is less than the 400.00 minimum per bar for bars based on consumption. A fee of 85.00 is charged for each chef preparing food at a station during an event.
CAPACITIES
The Private Dining Rooms can accommodate sit down dinners for up to 180 guests with a dance floor. Maximum capacity for a cocktail reception is 250.
CEREMONY FEE
A 500.00 Set up fee will apply for a ceremony service.
COAT CHECK
A 50.00 coat check fee will be charged for all events prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Events with 50-75 guests will be charged a 75.00 coat check fee. For events over 75 guests, there will be a 1.00 per person charge.
DANCE FLOOR
Dance Floor rentals begin at 200.00. If dancing is taking place, rental of the Dance Floor is required.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A 3,000 deposit will be due upon contract signing to secure the space. Payment of the estimated balance will be due 7 business days prior to event. All additional charges incurred the evening of will be charged to the credit card on file the following business day.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
A Food and Beverage minimum of 1,500 per room will apply for evening events taking place Sunday thru Friday. Saturday nights and buyouts require a 12,000 Food and Beverage minimum. Sunday nights during a Holiday weekend also require a 12,000 minimum.
The 1,500 minimum will be reduced to 1,200 if there is more than one event taking place at the time of your event. These amounts do not include 11.5% tax and 20% service charge.
MENU SELECTION
Menus must be selected 7 business days prior to your event. If menu selections are not received by this deadline, chef's choice will apply. If menu selections are not finalized one week prior to the event, a 5% service charge will apply.
The Private Dining Rooms of Spiaggia chooses to limit the number of choices to ensure four star quality and service. Additional charges will apply to offer a maximum choice of two entrees selections for events under 70 guests.
Pre-determined Entree selection is required for events over 70 guests. Individual name cards indicating selections are also required.
PARKING
Parking is available in our building. The garage is located at 120 E. Walton, west of Michigan Avenue. You can arrange to pay for your guests' parking.
The current charge is 24.00 per car for a (5) hour period.
An additional parking option is located in the building directly across the street at 1000 N Lake Shore Drive. Your guests can receive a 17.00 discounted parking validation for this garage. If you would like to pay for your guest's parking a 20.00 per car charge will apply.
PIANO RENTAL
A Baby Grand Piano is available for rental for 100.
